How to organize pdf
- Add your PDF. Drop a PDF onto the drop zone, or click to choose it. Each page appears as a thumbnail you can work with.
- Edit the pages. On any thumbnail, delete the page, rotate it, or move it left or right to reorder. Combine as many of these changes as you like.
- Save and download. Click Save PDF to rebuild the document with your changes and download the new file.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I delete, rotate, and reorder in one go?
- Yes, that's the point of this tool. Drop a PDF and each page becomes a thumbnail you can delete, rotate, or move left and right; saving rebuilds the document with all of those changes applied at once.
- How is this different from Rotate PDF?
- Rotate PDF turns every page by the same angle in a single click. Organize PDF works page by page, so you can rotate one sideways scan, drop a blank page, and reorder the rest, all in the same pass.
- What happens to the pages I delete?
- They're simply left out of the rebuilt PDF; the pages you keep are saved in the order shown. You just need to keep at least one page in order to save a file.
- Are the page previews uploaded to a server?
- No. The thumbnails are rendered and the new PDF is assembled entirely in your browser, so even while you're previewing the pages the document never leaves your device.
